Down in the depths of Quakers Hat Bay is where a father and two sons home brewed their first 20ltr batch of beer. It tasted pretty good!

The Double Queen is making her way to Cairns. Akasha Brewing Company newest release, 8% Red IPA.
Peer through the looking glass and witness a vision of fearsome beauty with the Double Queen Red IPA. It’s rich, malty body shimmers with Citra and Centennial hops, balancing citrus and bitterness in a darkly regal pageant that will leave you seeing red.

Delivering classic flavours of caramel, coffee, chocolate and nuts, balanced by Australian hops. A hint of sweetness, a touch of caramel rye, low bitterness with a glowing reddish-brown pour.

IPA 6.6%
Loaded up! Hoppy! Stuffed with a ute load of U.S. hops and pull back on the malts to let the hops do the talking.

Named after the son of one of the brewer’s (naaaawwww), Wildflower Brewing & Blending St Thomas is an Australian Wild Ale, refermented over whole, fresh Morello sour cherries cherries. YES.
It opens with aromas of rich cherry liqueur, bright after dinner mint and soft chocolate notes, and makes the perfect post-dinner accompaniment.
Very limited stock, so make sure you pop this one on your wish-list.

MT UNCLE - WATKINS WHISKY Co
Locally made whisky from Mt Uncle Distillery on the Atherton Tablelands, this award-winning spectacular specimen of distilled spirit is perfect for celebrating births, weddings, wakes and anything in between.

LAUNCESTON DISTILLERY - APERA CASK MATURED
Whisky matured in small French oak casks previously used to age apera fortified wine (Australian style sherry). A number of casks from Launceston Distillery have been “married” together resulting in a complex, full flavoured single malt. Yum.

Takes a lot of guts to open a gin distillery in 2018, just as Australia was eyelashes deep in the gin craze. But that's what Brogan's Way Distillery did... and we should all be ever so happy about it!
We've 'sauced' Everyday Salvation, Royal Blood, Hearts Afire and Evening Light for you to try out, harnessing unique botanicals such as cinnamon myrtle, river mint, sea parsley and warm cassia.
Tastes like Australia to us!

Who needs Jenny From The Block when you've got Nikka From The Barrel?
Okay, that was terrible.... BUT Nikka Whisky is certainly not.
When it comes to Japanese Whisky, anything crafted from the hands and recipes of whisky-master Masataka Taketsuru in the house of Nikka is a guaranteed winner.
Meticulous detail in the art of barrel blending and aging, this is one whisky that absolutely deserves a spot on your shelf.

HOP SAUCE is our flagship Pale Ale. She's flirtatiously golden in colour, with hints of citrus, tropical and stone fruits - nek level delicious, if we do say so ourselves.
Made with US, Aussie & NZ hops, so it's basically a western world peace treaty in a can. At 4.5%, some say 'sessionable', we say 'quaffable'. Because, why not?
