I am getting ready to plant a few trays of fresh microgreens. If you are interested in purchasing any, please send me a message and let me know what you would like. I will be doing half tray minimum with prices starting at $10

Unfortunately I won't be doing any salad mixes but all varieties will be available and grown to order 🌱🌻

‼️ UPDATE

After much discussion the Shalom Markets will continue to operate (with restrictions) until further notice!

• Fresh food stalls only – fruit, vegetable & local food products
• No other food stalls – BBQ, tuckshop etc.
• Social distancing to include gaps between stalls (all outdoors)

The running of the markets will be reviewed weekly until further notice.

I have had to make the hard decision to discontinue selling punnets in the stores. This is not a decision that I made lightly and I would like to thank the store owners, their staff and customers for all their support.

Punnets will still be available at Shalom Markets every Sunday.

Come and see me every fortnight or pop into Gourmet Marketeers (undercover area at Shalom Markets) who also stock fresh microgreens every week.

Unfortunately the open-faced fridge at Fresh Start fruit market was fluctuating the temperature too much to keep the microgreens fresh. They will be temporarily unavailable here until I correct this issue. I apologise to anyone who my have bought products that may have been affected by this issue. Please get in contact with me if you have had any problems.

On a happier note, fresh punnets have just been stocked at Nana's Pantry, Avoca IGA and The Last Stop Convenience Store 😊

I'm loving the look of this week's salad mix! The addition of beetroot microgreens along with the vibrant colour of red amaranth really makes this salad pop with colour. This week's salad mix contains 6 different varieties of microgreens 😁

I also have a new variety this week. Mustard microgreens.

I love the way the sun shines on red amaranth. It goes from looking dark red in the shade to bright pink in the sun 😍
