We are a reputable news agency that provides Australia Post and NSW Lotto services, as well as a wide range of products, such as newspapers, magazines, stationery, gifts, and cards. We are looking for a casual staff member who can work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
As a casual staff member, your duties will include:
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Handling transactions using the Australia Post and NSW Lotto systems
- Sorting and displaying mails, parcels and merchandise
- Keeping the store clean and organised
- Following company policies and procedures
To be eligible for this role, you will need:
- Prior experience in Australia Post / NSW Lotto services
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- A positive and professional attitude
- Prior experience in cash handling
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work different shifts
- A willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs
