Looking for some inspiration to make the most of your Easter leftovers? Then .mandy has you covered with this easy and indulgent Easter Bun Fondue Station! 😃

Easter Bun Fondue Station
Serves: 6-8

Ingredients
🍫 200g chocolate (milk, dark, or white - perfect for using up any leftover Easter chocolate!)
🍫 125ml thickened cream
🍫 2 packets Community Co Mini Traditional Hot Cross Buns
🍫 1 punnet strawberries
🍫 1 punnet blueberries
🍫 1 banana, sliced
🍫 100g marshmallows
🍫 100g pretzels
🍫 100g potato chips

Method
🐰 Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the hot cross buns on a baking tray and warm them for 5 minutes, or until lightly toasted. Slice half into bite-sized pieces, leaving the rest whole.
🐰 In a small saucepan or double boiler, gently melt the chocolate and cream over low heat, stirring until smooth.
🐰 Arrange the toasted Easter buns, fruit, marshmallows, pretzels and potato chips on a serving platter.
🐰 Pour the melted chocolate fondue into a bowl and place it at the centre of your platter. Serve, dip, and enjoy!

• Community Co Baby Leaf Salad Mix 260g
• Community Co Leaf Mix 160g
• Community Co Baby Spinach 100g
• Community Co Baby Spinach 260g

• Community Co Garden Salad Bowl 180g

These products have been available for sale at IGA stores in ACT, NSW, VIC, SA, TAS, NT and QLD.

Trying to stay positive while we wait for Energex to put our power back on

We are seeking help finding out the identity of this person in the video. Yesterday they came in to the store and threatened to kill one of my staff members.

This scum bag keeps stealing from our store. He has been banned from entering the store, so now he is trespassing and shoplifting. If you see this piece of sh*t in store can you please advise the staff. The police have been informed.

As a small local business owner sadly this unacceptable behaviour is becoming more common. How dare you come into my shop and abuse a 17 year old staff member just trying to do her job. This customer doesn't have enough money to pay for the drink. So when the staff won't give it to him he abuses my staff, destroys the EFTPOS terminal and walks out with no consequences. Cost to our small business is $500 for a new terminal. Thank you so much to our great customers who witnessed this and backed our staff up. If anyone can identify this person can you please make contact with us.
