On tasting today at our store in The Gap we'll have a range of Balcones Distillery whiskies open from 4pm-6pm!

The first Texas whisky produced since prohibition, Balcones Distilling started in an old welding shop under a bridge in Waco. Now over a decade later, Balcones is world-renowned for creating authentic Texas spirits from grain to glass. In 2014 Balcones Distilling moved to their new home, the old Texas Fire Proof Storage Co. building in downtown Waco. Master Distiller Jared Himstedt leads a team of Texan Distilling Pioneers, challenging tradition and bringing the original Texas spirit to the world.
