2 new banners have arrived for the rear of the marquee's when we attend markets. Popped one up on the grounds of the distillery this morning for Viki to have some practice fitting it with reusable zip ties.
Notice the 3,000 litre water tank we have added to the distillery? Now we are solar powered (95 solar panels on the property) and rainwater is used to cool the still's condenser.

Did you know that my distillery in the beautiful Blue Mountains runs on solar power/batteries and all transportation of stock, ingredients and bottles is done with our EV's...which in turn are also powered by my solar array? The EV's also have V2L meaning they can also power the still when required. My setup allows me to draw from the grid on rare occasions, but never in peak periods.
