S.C.PANNELL DEAD END TEMPRANILLO
We are fortunate to work with clever growers who saw the potential of Spanish varietals in McLaren Vale long ago. Iberian varietals are ideally suited to the McLaren Vale climate and this wine is a perfect example of what’s possible.
Classic. Cherry compote, sarsaparilla, cola... lilac and uplifting florals speak of Koomilya's influence, with a rousing thump of redness on the palate so typical of Tempranillo.

Firstly, matured in exclusive Australian Tawny casks, then further evolved in timeless Spanish Sherry Oak from Andalusia, Spain and finished in Portuguese Port Pipe wood from Douro Valley, Portugal, creating a multifaceted whisky.

THE DALMORE Aged 12 Years:
An outstanding Highland Single Malt matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, finished in rare and aged Oloroso Sherry casks.
The spirit is initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, giving it a base of soft vanilla and honey notes. A proportion of the spirit is then transferred into the finest Sherry casks, some of which have previously held rare and aged Oloroso Sherry. These carefully curated casks enhance the whisky's rich character.

The Aroma: Citrus fruits, chocolate, aromatic spices
The Palate: Seville oranges, dried fruits, and hints of vanilla pods
The Finish: Roasted coffee and dark chocolate
