A new slice of Crudo magic from Luke and Rosalind 🔥Twenty-twenty-four saw Luke back in the Denton Vineyard for both Chardonnay and Shiraz. Luke has a twenty-year history with Denton’s unique soils, long enough to know these granite slopes like the back of his hand. It shows in the wines. Luke picked the Chardonnay a whisker later than usual, crafting a mouthwatering, umami-rich white like no other (except maybe his Yarra Chardonnay). The lip-smacking Shiraz also reflects the warmer season, with fewer bunches used to avoid overcrowding the spicy blueberry flavours and juicy, granite-derived tannins. Find these wines!
