If we head out of the smalltown it’s usually Down the Hill, but not this time! We got a group of mates together from Coffs Coast venues and bottle-o’s and headed Up the Hill to the brewery. We
had some laughs, gave the best smalltown experience we could and brewed a beer- a big IPA that’s got whacks of orange, grapefruit and pine, thanks to huge Simcoe hop additions. The body is lean with lasting orange rind-like bitterness.
Heading Up the Hill could become a tradition.

Secrets out- a few weeks ago we hopped on a bus with a few other bello & Coffs venues and headed to to see the brewery and help make a beer. What an incredible experience with a lot of laughs and ofcourse a couple of beers! Now it’s landed in store and ready for you to be the judge. Thanks for taking us
