The Farmer's Wife Gin.

Thirteen botanicals including native safe, myrtles, pepperberry and our signature sugar bag honey bestow their magic upon this gin.

The rare sugar bag honey is produced in small quantities by Australian native stingless bees. This inscribes a unique citrus sweetness that when distilled using a traditional copper pot still delivers a softness and depth to the gin.

The result is a beautifully rich gin, at home in a traditional cocktail yet with the complexity and softness to be sipped neat over ice.

Phantasm is the hot new thing in the craft beer world. An experimental yeast which helps remove lasting bitterness from the beer.

Lost Tropics XPA from Six String Brewing Company is an incredibly crushable fruit bomb thanks to its use of Phantasm. Crisp, fruity and bitterness on the palette, but soon it is replaced by a dry finish which has you reaching for the can once again for another mouthful of this delightful brew.

Here at Bateau Bay Cellars we love supporting local and the next few weeks we are showcasing some of the best the Central Coast has to offer.

First up we have Moore's Dry Gin produced by in Erina. The first ever Australian Gin to win Gold at the London International Wine and Spirit Competition is no small feat. This classic dry style citrus and juniper dominant gin will be sure to win your heart.

This Friday the 3rd, the team from Distillery Botanica will be in store from 3pm showing off this fantastic gin so be sure to come down and have a chat and the best GnT you have ever had.
