I worked somewhere once where the shorthand WYSIWYG was EVERYWHERE. It sounds funny when you say it but it wasn’t funny that I didn’t know what it meant (so very awkward) Anyhoo. Later, a lovely work colleague explained it to me - What You See Is What You Get. I can’t think of a better acronym for our small business, what you see at Barwon Heads Winestore really is what you get - a friendly, welcoming shop full of great wine, run by passionate locals.

In case you’re new here, Rich and I opened this shop 10 years ago this year and we are proud to be the heart of wine in Barwon Heads. From something tasty to open with a mid week dinner right through to finding the special something for your special someone, we’ve got the bottle.

We’re completely independent, choose every bit of stock we have in store ourselves and well, we’re no supermarket chain. Shop with us and you’ll find excellent service, wine knowledge and info - if you want it - and a great collection of wine and craft beer that has something for everyone. We’ll deliver if you can’t find a park, help you over the phone or email, source a special gift, solve the work party drinks dilemma or whip up our famous gift boxes for the perfect last minute present.
