Teremana Tequila is a premium spirit crafted in Jalisco, Mexico, offering three varieties: Blanco, Reposado, and Añejo. The name “Teremana” combines two words: ‘TERE,’ derived from the Latin ‘terra’ (meaning earth), and ‘MANA,’ the Polynesian word for spirit. Together, it represents the “Spirit of the Earth.”

The most widely reported version of this drink’s origin is that it was invented at Caffe Casoni in Florence, Italy in 1919. Legend tells that Count Camillo Negroni asked his friend, bartender Forsco Scarselli, to strengthen his favourite cocktail – the Americano – by replacing the soda water with gin.

How to make ~
30ml Gin
30ml Select Aperitif
30ml Rosso Vermouth
Pour into a mixing glass with ice and stir until cold. Strain into a tumbler with an ice sphere or fresh ice. Garnish with an orange slice. Then enjoy!

Midleton Barry Crockett Legacy is a single pot still Irish whiskey named after the celebrated second-generation Midleton Master Distiller. It’s matured exclusively in American bourbon barrels, with a subtle contribution from a pot still distillate that has aged in an unseasoned American barrel. The 2022 edition is a very good whiskey with fruity notes and a creamy finish.
