It's the winter solstice in Australia! As the longest night of the year wraps us in its cosy embrace, warm up with this classic Mulled Wine recipe.

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
1 bottle of red wine
1 orange, sliced
8 cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
2 star anise
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup brandy

Combine all ingredients in a large port. Heat gently over low heat, stirring occasionally until warm (don't boil!).

Serve in mugs, garnished with a slice of orange and a cinnamon stick.

Stay warm, and enjoy!
