Still on holidays? The. it’s cocktail oclock! 🍹🍹🍹

Here’s how to make one of our faves - white wine sangria:

🍹 1 bottle of Whistler Fruit Tingle Frizzante
🍹 1/2 bottle of dry white wine (We used Spring Seed 🍹 Poppy Pinot Grigio)
🍹 1/4 Vok Triple Sec
🍹 1 can of Mischief Brew soda water

Cut up fruit of your choice (berries, mango, oranges, peaches, lime)Combine all ingredients (except soda water) and chill for 3 hours, gently agitating 2-3 times. Before serving top with soda, stir to combine. Serve over ice and garnish with a mint sprig.

Did someone say… summer cocktails! ☀️☀️☀️

Bonnie, our very own mixologist and spirits specialist is mixing up a Limoncello Spritz! 🍋🍋🍋

Ingredients:
60ml limoncello
90ml Prosecco
30ml soda waterBuild in wine glass, top with lots of ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel.Mulberry Mule:
45ml KIS mulberry gin
15ml lime juice
4-5 mint leaves
Ginger beer
Combine ingredients (except ginger beer) in a tall glass with lots of ice and stir. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a mint sprig.

Perfect for a NYE toast! 🎉
