The grapes were destemmed, before macerating one to three days. Fermented and aged in barrel, the result is a darker fruited wine with earthy complexity. Rich but bright, deeply satisfying stuff.

Small quantities, low yielding vineyards, super high-quality wines (again). Light skin contact fiano, wild yeast. Kinda what you expect, but better.

This wine is an homage to Salvador Dali (Da-Litro, GET IT?) and like its quirky, moustachioed namesake, it's a whole lot of fun. A classic 'super Tuscan' style Sangiovese blend, this is vivid and exuberant, an explosion of red cherries and strawberries. Dangerously drinkable, Sangiovese is reigning champion when it comes to easy food pairings; a bit of olive oil, a tomato in any form, and you can't go wrong.
