Exciting news from Karl's American beer mission - our next collaborative brew is ready to go! 🍻

After a successful visit to the Schilling Beer Festival – Oktoberfest 2024, Karl and the team at Schilling Brewery in New Hampshire got to work on a new fall seasonal. We've developed a rich Dunkel Export beer that combines flavors from both Austria and New Hampshire to highlight the collaboration. 🇦🇹🇺🇸 Aged to perfection over the next 2 months, it's perfect for cozying up as the autumn weather arrives.

Thanks as always to our friends at Schilling for the great collaboration.🍻 Their passion and craftsmanship make these cross-border projects so enjoyable.😄 Get ready for a taste of Austrian-American craft beer excellence. 🍻🍻 Stay tuned for more updates from Schilling Beer Co. on this unique collaboration, including where you can try the Dunkel Export in 2 months!

🍻 Exciting update from the Beer Festival 2024 in New Hampshire!

What an amazing experience to be one of the 44 selected breweries at this year's Oktoberfest event. It was an honor to represent Eggenberger International Beer Specialties from Austria 🇦🇹 and share our passion for quality craft beer.

🍺 Karl's Beer Mission: First Stop—Boston! 🇺🇸

Karl began his American beer mission on the East Coast, starting with a first stop in Boston, Massachusetts. After a productive afternoon discussing the beers at popular spots like Cornwall's, The Tip Tap Room, Brewer's Fork, and others, he proudly showcased the unique Eggenberger International Beer Specialties from Austria 🇦🇹. 🍻

We’re excited to bring our diverse Austrian brews to passionate beer lovers across the USA.

Next up, Karl is heading to New Hampshire to continue spreading the word and sharing more Austrian beer magic! ✈️🍺 Stay tuned for his next stops across America! Who knows where Karl’s next adventure will take him? 🤔

Beer Tasting in Atelier am Markt Gmunden 🍻

Thank you to Karl Stoehr - our beer missionary, for leading a wonderful tasting event last night at Atelier am Markt in Gmunden. Organized by Christine Pahl, attendees sampled beers from Belgium, Britain, Austria and beyond.

Karl expertly guided tasters through Trappist examples from Belgium and English Bitters, comparing varieties and brewing styles. Locally, attendees enjoyed learning about the strongest Austrian beer Samichlaus.

Christine and the Atelier am Markt created the perfect setting for sharing beer passion. Karl ensured all appreciated the complex flavours through his insightful explanations. It was a great opportunity to expand palates and knowledge of European and especially Austrian specialties brewing tradition from Eggenberg.

Thank you Christine for organizing, and Karl for educating us. Events like these promote understanding and appreciation of beers from around the world.

We had a truly unique event at our Bierhotel Ranklleiten - and for good reason: Our beer missionary Karl Stoehr put on an outstanding beer tasting in our one-of-a-kind beer bottle museum which holds over 13,000 different beer bottles from all over the world. This provided the perfect backdrop to celebrate a local businessman's milestone birthday with various beer specialties in a relaxed atmosphere.

It was a wonderful evening sampling flavors across the color spectrum - from light blond to strong Samichlaus, there was something to please every palate. Karl, an extraordinary beer sommelier entertained our guests with fascinating stories and background on the beers as he led them through the tasting.

The ideal setting to celebrate with family and friends late into the night in the best of spirits. A big thank you to all who made this night so special! Prost 🍻 and all the best to the birthday celebrant!🎂🍻

This past Wednesday we had the pleasure of experiencing the Beer Can Regatta on Lake in person. At this popular sailing regatta, competition takes a backseat to community and fun on the water.

Regattas will continue to be held every Wednesday on Lake Traunsee through the end of September, guaranteeing a good time for all. 🍻 It's an event well worth checking out for sailing enthusiasts. We're certain to be in attendance again.

A special place is the small lake Laudachsee near the brewery Brauerei Schloss Eggenberg where we had a nice lunch with the Wetten Importers / distributor team. We recommend Laudachsee "Ramsaualm" for our excellent beer, tasty food, and very friendly service.
