We are looking for Sales Assistant’s at our Blue Route Mall and 3 ARTS Village (Southern Suburbs) Stores -to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. The goal is to provide top quality customer service and to maximize sales in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

*Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
*Drive and meet sales targets.
*Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
*Ascertain customers’ needs and wants.
*Recommend items that match customer needs.
*Welcome and greet customers.
*Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
*Work on point-of-sale.
*Receiving, checking and merchandising of new products.
*Remain updated on product information
Accurately describe product features and benefits.
*Adhere to company policies and procedures.

*Grade 12.
*Sales or customer service experience.
