Somewhere between a classic margarita and a slice of lemon meringue pie, this cocktail was born.

It’s sweet, it’s tangy, it’s got a luxe tequila kick and best of all, it comes with a crunchy, zesty, meringue-crusted rim that makes every sip feel like a full-on dessert experience.

🌟INGREDIENTS🌟

Serves 2

🍋 2 tbsp lemon zest
🧂 1 tsp salt
🍬 8 mini meringues
🧊 Ice
🍋 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
🍯 ¼ cup simple syrup
🍊 90ml Cointreau Liqueur
🥃 60ml Reposado Patron Tequila

🌟METHOD🌟

1️⃣ Crush the magic: In a mortar and pestle, crush together salt, lemon zest, and half the mini meringues. Transfer to a plate.
2️⃣ Rim it right: Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of two serving glasses, then dip into the crushed meringue mix for a sweet-salty crunch.
3️⃣ Shake it up: Add lemon juice, simple syrup, Cointreau, tequila, and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled and well combined.
4️⃣ Serve & garnish: Strain into the prepared glasses, top with remaining mini meringues, and finish with a lemon wheel. Sip immediately and enjoy!

For brandy lovers with a sweet tooth! 🥃🍨

Silky, boozy burnt butter brandy sauce swirled into creamy ice-cream? Yeah, we went there. And trust us, you should too.

🌟INGREDIENTS🌟

Serves 6

1 tub of ice cream (your choice!)
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cream
1/4 cup KWV 5 Year Brandy

🌟METHOD🌟

1. Heat a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add butter and sugar, stirring until the butter browns and the sugar melts.
2. Pour in the cream and let the mixture bubble and thicken.
3. Remove from heat, stir in the brandy, and set aside to cool (if you can wait that long).
4. Let the ice-cream soften slightly, then drizzle in the burnt brandy butter sauce.
5. Use a knife or chopstick to swirl it in—don’t mix too much, we want those caramel ribbons!
6 Serve with an extra drizzle of sauce because why not?

Pro tip: You can swirl the caramel into the whole tub or just a portion if you want to keep things civilised (but why would you?).

NEW RECIPE: White Russian Eggnog

A heartily-spiced, velveteen mix of vodka, Amaretto, and tippled indulgence, our White Russian Eggnog has dessert dop written all over it.

🌟INGREDIENTS🌟

Serves 1

- Ice
- 45ml vodka
- 30ml Kahlúa
- 15ml Amaretto Disaronno
- Dash of vanilla essence (optional)
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp cream
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, divided

🌟METHOD🌟

1️⃣ Fill a whiskey glass with ice. Pour in vodka, Kahlúa, and Amaretto. Stir well.
2️⃣ In a separate glass, whisk together the egg, cream, sugar, and half the cinnamon until frothy and doubled in volume.
3️⃣ Slowly pour the eggnog over the cocktail to create a marbled effect.
4️⃣ Garnish with the remaining cinnamon and sip your way into the weekend.

Fresh, fruity, and dangerously drinkable—this Strawberry Vodka Lemonade is your go-to summer sip. A little sweet, a little tart, and just the right amount of booze. 🍓

🌟INGREDIENTS🌟

Serves 1

- 2 large strawberries, washed
- 30ml MONIN Strawberry Daiquiri Mix (optional)
- 30ml - 60ml Absolut Vodka
- 300ml lemonade
- Ice

🌟METHOD🌟

1️⃣ Cut one strawberry into cubes and muddle until crushed.
2️⃣ Add MONIN Strawberry Daiquiri Mix (if using) and Absolut Vodka.
3️⃣ Fill the glass with ice and top up with lemonade. Stir well.
4️⃣ Slice the remaining strawberry, keeping the stem intact, and use it as a garnish.
5️⃣ Sip, relax, and pretend you're on a beach somewhere.

And we had to choose one of the finest whiskies we could find, of course. The Aerstone Single Malt Scottish Whisky is carefully matured for over 10 years at William Grant & Sons Lowland distillery, perched on the intense environs of the Ayrshire coast, Scotland. What more?

🌟INGREDIENTS🌟

Serves 1

Ice
60ml Aerstone Single Malt Scottish Whisky
30ml lemon juice
15ml maple syrup
Top up with ginger beer 
Marshmallows 

🌟METHOD🌟

1. Fill serving glass with ice and add Aerstone Single Malt Scottish Whisky, lemon juice, maple syrup and ginger beer. Stir until well combined.
2. Place marshmallows on a skewer and finish off by brûléeing until toasty. Enjoy!

Who needs coffee when you have vodka? Say hello to the Boozy Strawberry Tiramisu of your daydreams. 🍓

Think finger biscuits soaked in a lemonade-strawberry Monin-Absolut Vodka concoction that is the right amount of sweet, spiked, and lip-smackingly moreish.

🌟INGREDIENTS🌟

250g strawberries, hulled and cut into small cubes
1 cups caster sugar
1 cup Absolut Vodka
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 1/2 cups creme fraiche
3 cups mascarpone
350g sponge finger biscuits
1/3 cup Lemonade
1/4 cup Absolut Vodka
1/2 cup Monin Strawberry Daiquiri Syrup
Cocoa powder, for garnish

🌟METHOD🌟

1. Place egg yolks, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup vodka and vanilla essence in a heatproof bowl.
2. Whisk to combine, then place over a saucepan of gently simmering water (don’t let the bowl touch the water) and whisk for 5 minutes or until thick and pale.
3. Cool to room temperature, then add creme fraîche and mascarpone, and whisk until combined. Lastly, fold in the diced strawberries. Set aside.
4. In a separate bowl, add lemonade, Monin syrup, and vodka together.
5. In either a large serving dish or individual glasses/bowl, add a layer of the cream mixture to the base. Dip the biscuits in the strawberry-vodka liquid. Place on top of the mascarpone mixture and repeat.
6. Finish off with a dusting of cocoa powder and chill for 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!

We are adrift in that hazy limbo between Christmas and New Year's, where time loses all meaning and diets consists solely of leftovers and champagne. Meaning, it's the perfect time for Negroni Panna Cotta.

🌟INGREDIENTS🌟

Panna Cotta:

2 cups cream
1/2 cup caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 cups milk
Finely-grated zest of 1/2 orange
1/2 cup Bayab Gin
25g powdered gelatine

Negroni Granita:

2 cups water
2 tbsp caster sugar
8 juniper berries, bruised
100ml Campari
2 tbsp red (rosso) vermouth

🌟METHOD🌟

Make the Negroni Granita:

1. Combine water, caster sugar, and juniper berries in a saucepan over low heat.
2. Stir until sugar dissolves, then remove from heat.
3. Stir in Campari and vermouth.
4, Pour the mixture into a 6-cup (1.5L) freezer-safe tray.
5. Freeze for 3 hours, then scrape with a fork to create ice crystals.
6. Continue freezing, scraping every hour, for 4 more hours until completely frozen.

Prepare the Panna Cottas:

1. Grease six 2/3-cup (180ml) ramekins and set them on a tray.
2. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine cream, milk, sugar, vanilla essence, and orange zest. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the mixture begins to simmer.
3. Remove from heat and whisk in the gin and gelatine until fully dissolved.
4. Divide the mixture among the prepared ramekins. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.

Serve:

1. Invert the panna cottas onto serving plates and top with a generous spoonful of the Negroni granita.
2. Serve immediately and enjoy the perfect balance of creamy and icy!
