HR Officer Position Available
Position : Permanent
Requirements :
- Grade 12 / N3
- Degree / Diploma in Human Resources / Employee Relations or Equivalent Qualification
- 2 โ 3 yearsโ experience in IR / ER , general HR Administration and MIBCO Bargaining Council
- Must have strong Labour Relations Background and the latest HR Trends and Practices
- Must have practical and theoretical knowledge in the application of legislation such as LRA
- Must work under pressure and long hours to meet deadlines
- Fluent in English / Afrikaans
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent Computer Literacy
- Ability to keep Confidential information
- Valid Driverโs license , possession of a PDP license will add as advantage
Duties and Responsibilities
- Working Practices
- Staffing Issues , Recruitment and Selection Strategies
- Salary Levels โ Employee Classification and Compensation
- Employee Development and Training
- Advising on and Implementing Collective Bargaining Agreements
- Writing up and ensuring Job Descriptions are in Place
- Arranging and Chairing Monthly Meetings
- Knowledge of Viper and Quick Books payroll will be an Added Advantage
- Handling of Disciplinary Hearings
