**Salted Caramel Stuffed Chocolate Cookies**

These Salted Caramel Stuffed Chocolate Cookies are a must-try! A dark chocolate cookie stuffed with a Milky Way bar and sprinkled with sea salt, they’re ultra gooey and delicious!

**Ingredients:**
- 3/4 cup (170g) salted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar, lightly packed
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups (160g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (50g) cocoa powder (Hershey’s Special Dark is recommended)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Fun Size Simply Caramel Milky Way Bars, cut in half
- Sea salt, for sprinkling

**Instructions:**

1. **Preheat the Oven:**
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

2. **Cream the Butter and Sugars:**
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and both sugars until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.

3. **Add Egg and Vanilla:**
Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.

4. **Combine Dry Ingredients:**
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until well incorporated and the dough is thick.

5. **Form the Cookie Dough Balls:**
Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of cookie dough and roll it into a ball. Break the dough ball in half and place a piece of the Milky Way bar in the middle. Press the dough halves back together, sealing the edges around the candy.

6. **Prepare for Baking:**
Place the stuffed cookie dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Sprinkle each cookie with a pinch of sea salt.

7. **Bake:**
Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes. The centers might look slightly undercooked, but the edges should be set.

8. **Cool:**
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack to cool completely.

Cozy Up with a Nourishing Chicken Bone Broth! 🍜

Make a big batch of this delicious and healthy broth to enjoy all winter long! ❄️

*Recipe:*

*Makes:* 3L
*Time:* More than 1 hour
*Freezer-friendly:* Up to 3 months

*Ingredients:*

- Bones from 2 rotisserie chickens (meat reserved)
- 4 carrots, cut into chunks
- 2 onions, quartered
- 2 stalks celery, cut into chunks
- 2 bulbs garlic, halved
- 4 bay leaves
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 4 star anise
- 6 black peppercorns
- 2 Tbsp (30ml) apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar)

*Method:*

1. Divide bones between two large pots, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Drain and rinse bones.
2. Roast veggies, garlic, and bones on baking trays at 200°C for 50-60 minutes, shaking halfway.
3. Transfer roasted bones and veggies to a 5L pot, add spices and vinegar, and top up with water. Simmer for 8-12 hours over low heat, skimming occasionally.
4. Strain broth, discard veggies and bones, and cool before transferring to a container.

Hearty Lentil Curry with Flatbreads
This comforting bowl of lentil curry is perfect for warming up!

⏰ More than 1 hour
🍽️ Serves 4

Ingredients:
2 onions (1 finely diced, 1 sliced)
3 Tbsp (45ml) vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, crushed
K**b ginger, grated (optional)
1 Tbsp (15ml) curry powder
1 tsp (5ml) turmeric
4 cups (1L) chicken stock
½ packet (250g) red or yellow lentils
2 carrots, peeled and diced
¼ cabbage, diced
1 can (400g) coconut milk
Salt and milled pepper
1 tsp (5ml) sugar
1 tsp (5ml) black mustard seeds
Fresh coriander and chopped fresh chilli, for serving
Flatbreads:
1 cup (250ml) plain double-cream yoghurt
1 cup (150g) self-raising flour + extra for dusting
Salt and milled pepper
1 Tbsp (15ml) vegetable oil

Method:
Sauté the diced onion in 1 Tbsp of oil for 8 minutes until soft and golden.
Add garlic, ginger (if using), curry powder, and turmeric. Cook for another minute.
Add stock, lentils, carrot, and cabbage. Simmer for 40-45 minutes until the curry has thickened and lentils are tender.
Stir through the coconut milk. Season and add sugar.
Fry the sliced onion in the remaining oil over low heat until crispy and golden. Add black mustard seeds towards the end.
For flatbreads, mix ⅘ of the yoghurt with the flour, season, and mix to create a dough. Add remaining yoghurt if the dough is too dry.
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. On a lightly floured surface, roll out each piece to about 3mm thick.
Heat oil over medium heat and cook flatbreads in batches for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Serve the curry topped with crispy onions, fresh coriander, chilli, and flatbreads on the side.
