Spanning 12 months, this endeavor involves weekly bâtonnage in demijohns, as Pink Jungle wine artfully infuses with blackthorns, sour cherries, and hibiscus flowers.

This exceptional elixir is crafted through an entirely organic and hands-on process, eschewing modern conveniences. Each step, from start to finish, is conducted manually with minimal intervention and without the use of electricity.

Experience the embodiment of elegance, rarity, and unmatched flavor. With its vibrant crimson hue, reminiscent of marzipan and tangy cherries, this drink offers an immersive journey into the wonders of nature—an experience that defies expectations. Our Story

Phantom Spirits is a council established to disrupt the new world spirits order by infiltrating the purveyors of injustice by the way of the shadow.

Phantom Spirits was born out of the ashes of the long standing Mikkeller/Copenhell spirit collaboration, a sinister-themed annual release, spearheaded by former Events and Communications manager Mixen Lindberg. Launched in late 2016 by Mixen Lindberg, Frederik Plum, owner of Den Klodsede Bjørn Vodka, and Mikkel Borg Bjergsø, as a way of pursuing the many ideas and concepts that were developed during the creative process in conjuring up these, often provocative, heavy metal spirits, Phantom Spirits entered the scene with their progressive beer barrel aging rum project, and are currently knee deep in multiple collaborations with different producers within the fields of spirits, beer, wine, food, and more. Expect the unexpected.
