Beaujolais Month is in full swing, and it’s time to dig in deeper! With its steep hills, hand-harvesting methods, and a strong focus on eco-friendly practices, Beaujolais is a world-class wine region that deserves a spot at your table and in your cellar.

Beaujolais is made in 12 appellations — two regional and ten crus. Nearly all the production here is red wine that relies on one grape, gamay. And yet, the region is incredibly diverse. This grape shines on 300 different soil types that inherently control yields, resulting in flavor-concentrated grapes and adding mineral notes to its wines.
