Discover the definitive Islay malt intensely flavoured, smoky, and rich character🔥. The windswept Isle of Islay imparts a profound strength of character into everything it nurtures, and it is here, that Lagavulin whisky has been meticulously crafted for over two centuries.

▪️16 Years: Aged in oak casks for at least 16 years, Dry peat smoke fills the palate with a gentle🥃 but strong sweetness, followed by sea and salt with touches of wood with a long, elegant peat-filled finish with lots of salt and seaweed.

▪️Distillers Edition: A collection of master-craftsmanship. A natural strength, oily and sweet-spicy to start, the sweetness fully integrated and never cloying, delivering a fruity🍒, raisin-sweet smokiness throughout that is rich in dark intent and roasted malt alike. Let’s celebrate the Holidays together! This December, 11th join us for our Annual End of the Year Tasting with the amazing company of Laurent Perrier Champagne✨

▪️Grand Siècle Grande Cuvée: A majority of Chardonnay complemented by Pinot Noir and aged for 10 years on the lees for the bottles format and a few more years for the magnum format. Very delicate and fresh, the palate is silky and mineral with notes of honeysuckle, flacked almonds and clementine🍊.

▪️Cuvée Rosé: The grapes from carefully selected plots are sorted and destemmed before vatting with Maceration lasting from 48 to 72 hours. With a high intensity and great frenshness, offers a basket of freshly picked red berries🍓.

▪️12 Years: Hand selected ex bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry casks. Flavors from apple pie, toffee, caramel and almonds through to honey and subtle spice🔥. Delicate and rich.

▪️18 Years: Uniting depth of flavor with rich complexity, this single malt carefully brings together delicate notes of malted caramel, vanilla and raisins with a little long🥃, sweet and subtle spicy finish.

▪️25 Years: Matured in American oak Bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry casks sherry casks. Velvety smoothness and notes of dried stone fruit🍒 and toffee with a soft smoke finish.

▪️21 Years: Classic sipping Single Malt presents a soft, welcoming mouthfeel, with an explosion of rich tropical fruits🍍 and creamy butter notes with a long and luxurious finish.

We are not only having spirits and champagne, but we are also having fine wine! Let’s welcome Caymus to our Grand End of the Year Tasting this December, 11th📍

▪️California Cabernet Sauvignon: Stony souls, south facing slopes and moderately warm conditions are the meats to produce this dark, rich and good tasting Cabernet🍷. Ripe fruit and luxurious tannins, reveals the character of Caymus wine.

▪️Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon: Definitive the Cab Lovers’s Cab with a richness and density profile. Fill with a mix of black fruit, sweet crème de cassis, eucalyptus and sweet spice🔥 all carried on the silken tannins.

▪️50th Anniversary: Rich and round on the palate, with tannins expressed, hints of French Oak, great acidity and balance but not tart to the palate. The Caymus style allows you to face no hurdles in tasting and enjoy the delicious wine🍇.

▪️Bonanza: Created by Chuck Wagner of Caymus Vineyards, this wine is delicious and accessible. Made from the “bonanza” of their great state-vineyard site. Features flavors of luscious fruit, dark chocolate🍫 and silky tannins.
