Good evening guys,

We have been shipping through Canada Post directly, and inserting your email addresses to be emailed tracking numbers. I've gotten some emails asking for the tracking though, so maybe that's not working every time, or it's going to spam.

I may just start emailing ya'll directly when we ship, but let me know if you've gotten your tracking through Canada Post or not so we can figure out the best way to get your tracking to you without our Shopify site hand holding that part.

We are almost caught up on orders, so most of you SHOULD have your tracking, and if you don't, please comment here and I'll DM it to you ♥

And thank you for all of your patience. Getting supply once a month is annoying, we know, but most people have been very patient and supportive, and we deeply appreciate it!

Good afternoon guys!

Some updates!

We have received our monthly supply and are working through the orders. A bunch have already gone out, so if you are one of the ones that got tracking, your numbers should be updating. If they haven't, they will soon!

I'm handling the invoicing for new orders doing it our new way, and so far it's gone well!

I am looking in to getting a few more payment methods as for now it is just email money transfers. I'm pondering paypal, or another method soon!

As for the new site, everything says out of stock but it isn't! We just wanted to add them like that so ya'll could still look up certain flavors and still get the vibe.

On the home page there is a download link for a master list of the flavor profiles and pricing!

It can take 24-48 hrs for the DNS to fully update on all fronts, sp if it's giving you an error you could try dumping your browser cache, or just give it a bit of time.

Just a heads up lovelies, the website will be going down by tomorrow.

I am working on a new and more simple version on Wix for now as they have a VERY cheap plan.

You'll be able to go there, browse flavor profiles and prices, and then email us your orders. We will email you back with a proper invoice for your records, and a payment method.

For now it will be email money transfers or Paypal.

We are working on filling orders. Our latest supply order will be here this week.

We had to send all pending orders tracking numbers due to the fact we will lose access to the site soon, so hold on to that number as it will be update once we get your orders processed.

Back in the good old days when I could be creative with our liquids and branding, I would write stories behind ever flavor name.

I just found this unpublished one for "Potion of Scholars" and thought I would share, for nostalgia's sake :)

Sometimes beings are not born with 'smarts', as they say. Everyone has strengths in certain areas, sure, but brains aren’t always one of them for some.

In the lab we insist that our techs are not only smart, but brilliant. In order to do the kinds of experiments we must perform on a daily basis, the mind must be sharp, logical, cunning and quick. One tech in particular HAD all of these things. A series of very unfortunate… substance circumstances… led him down the path mindlessness. Once one of our best had become our worst, sitting in the far corners of the lab counting how many fingers he had and then laughing to himself.

It was a problem. He was the head of research for the creature department. Without his attention to crittery detail, our future meddling in to the supernatural world of mythical beings would be bleak and pointless.

We brought the witches to the lab for this, and many other, reasons. But this was on our top priority list. We needed to make this tech smart again. Science wasn’t able to do it. The more science we threw at him in the form of vials, serums, compounds and anything else we could come up with, the less grey matter he seemed to possess. Only magic could save him, and our creature department.

The first day the witches were here we put them to work on this. It took them a few weeks, but when they returned to our science department, they held a glowing beacon of hope in their hands.

‘A Potion of Scholars’ is what read on the bottle. The witches informed me that one sip of this potion would restore his genius mind, as well as give him a higher level of brilliance than he had before.

Of course… there would be extra of this potion left. And of course… a little spiked coffee hand delivered to my techs in the morning following wouldn’t hurt. Would it?

Now, on to the other stuff.

It's been over a decade of serving customers. What started with eliquid was beautiful, and thanks to all of you, we were successful.

With the v**e tax came us having to transition to a flavor concentrate business, and we expected to lose a lot of you that didn't want to DIY. However, we lost more income than we expected with the transition.

Though some of you are happy little DIYers now, a lot of folks prefer to pay massive tax to keep va**ng, which is understandable, but not sustainable for us.

We are NOT closing - just closing the website.

We are going to 'kick it old school' for a while and just take private orders via email, and we hope to bring the site back in the future. I will be making a PDF of our flavors and profiles with pricing for those that request one.

As I've previously explained, we can only afford to place one supply order a month right now. Our 'OG' customers understand this and have been very patient and wonderful, but we feel that for new customers that don't understand that, it can be stressful. We have never been about stressing people, only helping, and I don't like anyone to feel that way.

Doing orders through email will mean we are serving existing folks that still rock with us, and I feel we can focus more on you guys AND remove the extremely expensive costs of keeping the website up without many orders to help with it.

Hey guys,

I'm sorry some of you are frustrated! I am too. Having to order only once a month is NOT fun for us, and we are so hoping we can get back to bi-weekly or weekly again in 2024.

I changed the email on the website, but apparently a lot of you aren't seeing it, so I'm posting it here.

Please use this email from now on as the other one is gone now. They were way too expensive through Godaddy.

Good morning everyone,

I see some concern over orders so I’ll just post here.

We are a bit behind, but everything that is in will be out this week. We just had a horrible flu and Bryden had to stay home for a week from his main job as well.

Apologize for the delays!

We are hanging on by a thread in this economy. Orders are few and far between, supply costs are up, and with such a slow business now, it’s challenging.

We order supply once a month now vs. weekly like we did when we made eliquid.

If our flavor business can survive and get busier, we can move back to ordering more supply and hopefully get back to a speedier processing time.

Also I will be switching to a gmail email for the support and payment emails as those two are important. The domain ones hosted through godaddy are horrible and are currently not working.

We had to downgrade our services due to cost and it’s sucks now.

I’m hoping things improve and hopefully the new email will help me keep in better contact with you guys.

I will post it here once it’s set up.

Update time!

The switch to a flavor company has not been as smooth or as busy as we had hoped for. We are starting to pick up, but it's been a very hard go, and staying open has been a priority, but very hard.

ALL small businesses are struggling right now as it is, but making this switch at this time with THIS economy was almost a killer.

That being said, Bryden has had to get a full time job and is working lots of overtime to pay our bills, which means I don't have him helping much anymore with orders, as he is too exhausted.

I have two businesses (both in struggle mode) to run, and all of the responsibilities of our home and keeping it clean and functioning on my plate. I am doing my best, and he helps on the weekends on his days off.

We are almost caught up, but I am way delayed in emails, so I'm just updating you guys here for now, and hope to clear the inbox this week.

On top of all of that, the Alberta fires messed up a pretty decent sized supply order, which set us back in the last half of May and beginning of June.

If our business gets ANYWHERE near what it once was, things will be super smooth as this model is much faster generally, and I will be able to afford to get enough supply built up that things are more of a pick and pack situation, which was the initial plan. Just didn't see it being this slow, or the economy sucking this hard.

To those placing orders through this transition, we love you so much. I want to expand our flavor lineup and get more efficient as we go, I just need the business to thrive a bit more so that I can afford to stock up, as I can't pay for it out of pocket these days. So EVERY order that comes in right now keeps us open, and for that, we are eternally grateful.

So please bare with me, it's been tough and we are doing everything we can to stay open and help you guys in your DIY journeys.
