Join our Beer Club and every month or quarter you’ll receive the latest limited and seasonal releases, alongside good old classics, delivered straight to your door.
Bringing you to the breweries is what we love to do. Many of the local breweries are out of town, and the distances between venues can be quite vast. That’s why we now offer regular brewery tours to a range of High Country breweries. With 11 potential breweries to visit as well as a range of wineries, cider mills and distilleries, there is so much on offer.
Experience the High Country on a journey with beer and friends. Simply book one of our regular tours online, or get a group of 4-10 to book a private tour. We can tailor a tour to suit your needs. Whether it’s simply a day out with friends or family, a private function, stag/hens do or a corporate event, we’ve got you covered.

Why Ingrained Culture?
Logistically, there are issues in regional Australia when it comes to craft beer. Many of the breweries are out of town, so visiting them can be difficult without a designated driver. Furthermore, independent craft beer is poorly represented in local bars, restaurants and retail stores. Staying up to date with the latest news, and attending events can be difficult. This is why Ingrained Culture was born.
The High Country Craft Beer Scene
Here in the High Country, we have arguably the best regional craft beer scene in Australia. The High Country boasts some of the most innovative and notable breweries in the country, including some of the most coveted beers (e.g. Bridge Road Brewers – Beechworth Pale Ale) and beer events (e.g. High Country Hops Festival).
With fresh alpine water, perfect hop growing conditions and fantastic local produce. It’s no wonder there are more and more breweries opening all the time. Victoria’s High Country is the ideal location for producing premium quality beer from fresh local ingredients.
Despite the large and ever-growing number of independent breweries, there is a lack of awareness of the thriving beer scene. Many of the local breweries, despite their many accolades and achievements, still remain relatively unknown and unrepresented in local bars and retailers.
