1️⃣ Remove the foil and reveal the wire cage
2️⃣ Place your thumb over the cork
3️⃣ Twist the cage’s tab 6.5 times counterclockwise while gripping the bottle neck
4️⃣ Hold the cage, tilt the bottle 45° away from yourself and others, and gently twist the bottle (not the cork) until it pops
Pour into a flute glass, and you’re ready to toast the season.
