The first ever @blacktotrum Cocktail Competition is a fact! We had the pleasure to witness the bartenders from Top Hong Kong bars shaking and stirring cocktails for our judges to taste.
After presenting their cocktails in the 1st round, the top 6 moved om to the 2nd round: The Market Challenge! In this round, the contestants had 15min to create a cocktail using seasonal fruits, which were only revealed at that time. So it was a round to think quick and be creative!
After two rounds of fierce competition, we are proud to announce the winner of 2023: Evan Mak @subgau from @argobarhk !
第一屆 @blacktotrum 雞尾酒大賽已圓滿結束!來自香港多間頂级酒吧的調酒師們攪拌和調製美味又有特色的雞尾酒,讓評判品嚐評核。
在第一輪比賽中,所有參賽者都展示了自己創作的雞尾酒,前 6 名成功進入第二輪比賽:市場挑戰!在這一輪比賽中,參賽者需要在 15 分鐘内利用現場公佈的時令水果即場調製出一款雞尾酒。大家都把握時間發揮創意!

The Black Tot Cocktail Competition will take place on 24 July. The participating bartenders will create innovative Black Tot cocktails based on the Black Tot Finest Caribbean Rum with ingredients of their choice, taking the Caribbean flavour to another level!
