Elevate your Halloween soiree with this classic cocktail.

Ingredients: 1 oz Gin, 1/2 oz Lemon juice, 2 Dashes Simple syrup, 2 oz Champagne

Preparation: Combine gin, syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into an iced champagne glass. Top up with Champagne. Stir gently.

Falling for fall with this Pumpkin Spiced Espresso Martini. Pumpkin spiced latte with a twist 🎃

Ingredients:

1 oz Gothic Gin
1 oz Espresso
1 oz Licor 43
1 Tablespoon Fresh Pumpkin Puree
2 Dashes Mole Bitters
Garnish: Star Anise

Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and pour

It’s the weekend! Well, almost.. but let’s kick it off as such and pour yourself a refreshing gin & tonic. Try this version of a classic G&T from that adds extra fresh squeezed lime juice. It’s the perfect kick off to your almost weekend 🍋‍🟩

Recipe:
- Gothic Gin
- tonic
- Fresh squeezed lime juice

Combine Gorhic Gin and lime juice into a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour into glass and add tonic with a line garnish. Sip and enjoy!

Keeping our eyes on the weekend and minds on this cocktail we’ll make next…⛱️

Elderflower Collins

50ml Gothic Gin
20ml lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
10ml elderflower cordial
soda water for topping up
herb sprigs to garnish

Shake the gin with the lemon juice, sugar and a dash of elderflower cordial in a cocktail shaker. Pour over rock ice and top up with soda water.

Gothic Gin- The Beginings

Gothic Gin was founded by Chris Klug while he was on a trip to Barcelona during September of 2017.

Chris has been a passionate student of viticulture and distillation for over 25 years. Chris paid for his college by being a full-time sauté sui chef. It was through this job that Chris took an extensive wine pairing class and fell in love with the world of Spirits.

Chris has had a successful 24-year career in technology sales and business consulting working for companies like Intel, Xerox, Microsoft and Salesforce.

While in Barcelona in 2017, Chris took a class on how to make Gin. His eyes were opened the beautiful world that Gin is and can be. Chris shared his gin with the professor and the other classmates who happened to be professional distillers. It was unanimously agreed that Chris had created something special.
