Fiano di Bocca di Lupo 2020 is light yellow with greenish hues. Captivating on the nose with aromas of white peaches, broom flowers and orange blossoms; floral and herbaceous notes are accompanied by sweet hints of hazelnuts and vanilla. On the palate it is refined, fresh, mineral, and pleasantly persistent. A white wine that can be enjoyed immediately or in the years to come.

Eggnog Recipe🌲
(Serves 10)

Step 1: Put the egg yolks in a medium bowl and set the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Add 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons of the sugar and whisk over low heat until pale yellow and thick, about 5 minutes.

Step 2: Whisk in the milk, bourbon, rum, and brandy and transfer to a large bowl.

Step 3: In another large bowl, whisk the egg whites with the remaining 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons of sugar until very soft peaks form.

Step 4: Stir the whites into the yolk mixture. In a medium bowl, beat the heavy cream until lightly thickened.

Step 5: Fold the whipped cream and nutmeg into the eggnog and chill thoroughly. Whisk to reblend before serving.

The grapes for this wine are harvested from vineyards that border the Lalande de Pomerol appellation. The grapes undergo a three-day cold maceration; the alcoholic fermentation then proceeds for eight to ten days. The wine is racked several times during its Ă©levage in stainless steel and cement tanks before being bottled after an egg-white fining. The grape composition is predominantly Merlot with a touch of Cabernet Franc in the blend that provides additional structure to the wine.

Approximately 8,000 bottles are exported under for the US market annual.

Luce Brunello is a tribute to one of Italy’s crowning jewels of wine production. Of the 217 acres of vineyards at Luce, 27 are are officially listed in the Register for Brunello di Montalcino DOCG. It is an exquisitely balanced wine, gentle and yet powerful, and is produced in very small quantities to showcase the unique character of a pure Sangiovese from the estate and to pay tribute to the tradition of winemaking excellence in Montalcino.

2018 Luce Brunello shows an intense ruby red color. The nose is complex and fragrant, with notes of ripe red fruit, supported by pleasant sensations of blond to***co and exotic spices. In the mouth, the wine is harmonious, rich and highly structured, with silky tannins that together with freshness give a very long persistence. A sophisticated and powerful wine.

Just arrived the 2022 vintage of Massetino. Perfect gift for that someone special.

Refined and fresh with hints of sandalwood. Medium bodied, creamy with perfect tannins that compliment the fruit from the rock-hard clusters of blue clay that form in the vineyard. Succulent and full of ripe juice. This is the little brother of Masseto. Very drinkable now or hold it. Very limited quantity.

Masseto and Ornellaia are both owned by the Frescobaldi family, a Tuscan dynasty that has been making wine for seven centuries.
The Frescobaldi’s treat each winery as a separate entity, allowing them to maintain their own identity and vision.

The 2021 Masseto is made from 100% Merlot— giving it a deep ruby color with complex aromas of ripe dark fruit like blackberry, blackcurrant, and plum, with notes of cedar, to***co, and spice. On the palate, it presents a rich, full-bodied profile with velvety tannins, excellent acidity, and a long finish showcasing concentrated dark fruit flavors with subtle mineral nuances.

The 2021 Ornellaia is a Bolgheri DOC Superiore Rosso wine. It’s made from a blend of 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc, and 7% Petit Verdot. This unique blend of grapes allows for scents of Mediterranean shrubs, herbs, cypress berries, and blackberry. On the palate there are flavors of dense tannins.

Port— simply meaning Portuguese, is a wine that is made from a blend of grapes, including Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, and Tinto Cão.

While Port is widely known for being sweet, it is actually much more complex. It is a special type of wine with a large range of ingredients and steps to make it. Port can be either red or white, so it has been classified into different types based on its aging process and blend of grapes. The two main categories of Port wine are Ruby and Tawny.

Bocca di Lupo Aglianico was acquired by Antinori in 1998- putting Aglianico and Bocca di Lupo on the radar for wine lovers everywhere.

Aglianico is a red wine grape native to southern Italy.
It produces full-bodied red wines that show musky berry flavors with firm tannins and good aging potential, and it pairs best with flavourful dishes such as Beef Brisket, Osso Bucco, Oxtail, Spicy Sausages and Duck Confit.

Aglianico is often compared to nebbiolo, and it has been called the “nebbiolo of the south”, but it’s quite different, generally darker, less red-fruited, more rugged and rustic.

Bocca di Lupo Aglianico is a small production every year, and is certified organic from the 140-hectare Bocca di Lupo estate in the heart of Puglia’s Castel del Monte DOC appellation.

We are pleased to partner with on this exclusive limited release wine from Puglia.
