🇩🇪⭐ The 𝐕𝐚𝐧 𝐕𝐨𝐥𝐱𝐞𝐦 Estate, one of the oldest and most prestigious in the Saar Valley in Wiltingen, Germany, was initially a renowned wine-producing monastery in the Mosel region. Acquired at the end of the 18th century by the Van Volxem family from Brussels, the estate quickly revealed to its new owners the great potential of its fresh slate soils and ideal exposures. Aware of Riesling's ability to develop an unusually rich aromatic palette there, blending floral, fruity, and spicy notes, the Van Volxem family gradually elevated the estate’s white wines to rank among the region's finest. Through the ages, the estate has preserved its grandeur: today, under the direction of Roman Niewodniczanski, it reveals a precious heritage of old, ungrafted vines, just steps away from the famed Egon Müller estate. Advocates of meticulous handwork and organic farming, Roman and his team intentionally reduce yields to retain only the finest grapes. With a natural winemaking approach, free from additives, their commitment to quality and attention to detail are the pillars of their expertise. The result is Rieslings of rare elegance, with remarkable complexity and structure. These wines, renowned for their exceptional ageing potential, continue to impress international critics with their purity and balance. Take this opportunity to explore the new vintages from this prestigious Mosel reference in our selection!

This precious selection brings together some of the estate’s oldest vintages, such as 𝟏𝟗𝟐𝟕, 𝟏𝟗𝟒𝟏, 𝟏𝟗𝟒𝟑, 𝟏𝟗𝟒𝟔, 𝟏𝟗𝟒𝟕, 𝟏𝟗𝟓𝟎, 𝟏𝟗𝟓𝟗, 𝟏𝟗𝟕𝟗, 𝟏𝟗𝟖𝟏, 𝟏𝟗𝟖𝟒, 𝟏𝟗𝟖𝟔, 𝟏𝟗𝟖𝟖, 𝟏𝟗𝟗𝟔, 𝟏𝟗𝟗𝟖. A symbol of history, Château d'Yquem, the only Premier Cru Supérieur in the 1855 Bordeaux classification, was managed by the same family for nearly 400 years. The result of a rare alchemy between geology, geography, and climate, and capable of ageing for centuries, it is a jewel of nature, a treasure of time. This ability to transcend ages reveals itself in a palette of unique aromas and flavours: saffron and cloves, dried orange zest and pomegranate, cigar box, bonfire, sea salt, lavender honey, marrons glacés, crème brûlée… it is a wine that knows how to magnify the passage of time with joy. At the heart of its infinitely vibrant and ever-evolving aromas, Yquem invites us to a memorable experience, as delicious as it is moving. It reminds us that time is not an elusive notion that slips away, but a precious drive towards the present moment, which each of us is invited to seize and savour.

🇫🇷🍇 Founded by Jean-Claude Boisset, 𝐃𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐝𝐞 𝐥𝐚 𝐕𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐞 is one of Burgundy’s most iconic estates. Following the acquisition of the Les Evocelles plot near Gevrey-Chambertin, the estate expanded into the Côte de Beaune with the Vougeot vineyard twenty years later, followed by the Monopole of Clos Blanc in 1999, officially establishing the domaine. Domaine de la Vougeraie is distinguished by a mosaic of 67 plots spread over 34 hectares, with two-thirds located in the Côte de Nuits and one-third in the Côte de Beaune. Comprising 33 prestigious appellations, it is particularly renowned for its emblematic wine: Le Clos Blanc de Vougeot Monopole. Under the guidance of Sylvie Poillot, this biodynamically farmed and organically certified vineyard produces some of the finest wines in contemporary Burgundy, sourced from the top terroirs of both coasts. The Boisset family deserves special recognition for embracing the yield sacrifices that this demanding cultivation method requires, driven by an absolute commitment to precision and attention to detail. Bonnes Mares Grand Cru, Clos Vougeot Grand Cru, Le Clos Blanc de Vougeot, Pommard Village Les Petits Noizons, Gevrey-Chambertin Village La Justice… discover the exceptional character of these Burgundian gems.

🍾🥂 𝐊𝐫𝐮𝐠 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞 𝐂𝐮𝐯𝐞́𝐞 was born from the imagination of one man, Joseph Krug, who aspired to create, year after year, the best champagne possible, regardless of climatic variations. Faithful to this legacy, the House of Krug pays homage to his vision by crafting a new edition of the Grande Cuvée every year since 1843. The newest gem of the collection, the 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞 𝐂𝐮𝐯𝐞́𝐞 𝟏𝟕𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, is the result of a blend of 146 wines from 11 different years, ranging from 2016 to 1998. Based on the 2016 harvest—a year marked by extreme and contrasting weather conditions—this edition perfectly embodies the House’s expertise. Overcoming climatic challenges to create an exceptional champagne, Krug reveals a new edition rich in complexity and elegance. After seven years of rest in the House's cellars, these bottles develop a unique expression and remarkable elegance. The delicate, aromatic nose reveals aromas of white flowers, lavender, and almond, evolving in the mouth into an expression as intense as it is delicate. Notes of white fruit, citrus, and violet flourish, followed by subtle hints of eucalyptus and menthol.

🥂🍾 Among the greatest names in Champagne, the 𝐃𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐫 family masters the art of producing wines renowned for their style, a subtle blend of elegance and generosity, while proudly perpetuating the tradition of rare grape varieties. The prestigious estate was founded in 1808 and is now run by Michel Drappier, joined since 2016 by his children, who embody the 8th generation. Charline, the eldest, is gradually taking over the commercial management, while Hugo is dedicated to viticulture and oenology. Antoine, on the other hand, embodies the pursuit of balance between traditional know-how and environmental innovation. Driven by this family spirit, 𝑴𝒂𝒊𝒔𝒐𝒏 𝑫𝒓𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒊𝒆𝒓 reflects the image of an authentic estate, deeply connected to the land and the people, a Maison to which one naturally feels close. The family estate team takes care of more than 110 hectares of vines, 60 of which are owned, and 17 certified Organic Farming. The DNA of Champagne Drappier revolves around pinot noir, a noble grape variety cultivated by the family alongside other forgotten varieties: arbane, petit meslier, fromenteau, and blanc vrai. Innovative and authentic, the hallmark of Champagne Drappier is based on the very low dosage of its cuvées, with minimal use of sulphur. The result is colourful and dense champagnes with a strong identity, while maintaining remarkable energy and intensity.

🍾🥂 Typically Charles. This is the adage that has shaped the spirit of the 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐇𝐞𝐢𝐝𝐬𝐢𝐞𝐜𝐤 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 since 1851. Typically Charles embodies the bold character of a man who crossed the Atlantic to elevate his vision; it is the name that graced cuvées admired in numerous royal courts, but above all, it is a timeless style defined by the symbiosis of 𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒈𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆, 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒆𝒙𝒊𝒕𝒚, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒈𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒐𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒚. Guided by this demanding and innovative vision, the Charles Heidsieck House draws on five exceptional crus from the Côte des Blancs. Each cuvée is the result of a subtle blend of Chardonnays, which, after a long stay in the ancient, two-thousand-year-old crayères, reveals all the nuances of its terroir. Charles Heidsieck thus invites you to embark on an unprecedented journey, more than thirty metres below ground, into the heart of its legendary crayères where its exceptional cuvées rest.

🍇🍷 Founded in 1130 by the Cistercian monks of the Abbey of La Ferté in Givry, the 𝐃𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐝𝐮 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐮𝐱 𝐌𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 is one of the oldest in Burgundy. Enduring the trials of time, it wasn’t until 2004 that the estate made its grand return, a renaissance owed to a bold family: Philippe and Catherine Pascal and their three children. A jewel of Burgundy’s viticulture and monastic architecture of its time, the Cellier aux Moines estate now spans over 10 hectares, gathering exceptional premier crus from Givry to Puligny-Montrachet. Guardian of the house style, the talented oenologist Guillaume Marko elevates the estate’s creations, bringing his art, inspired in part by his apprenticeship at the legendary Domaine de la Romanée-Conti. Several centuries ago, the Cistercian monks followed the philosophy of "𝑠𝑖𝑚𝑝𝑙𝑒𝑥 𝑛𝑎𝑡𝑢𝑟𝑎," a Latin phrase meaning "𝑙𝑒𝑡 𝑛𝑎𝑡𝑢𝑟𝑒 𝑡𝑎𝑘𝑒 𝑖𝑡𝑠 𝑐𝑜𝑢𝑟𝑠𝑒." True to this heritage, the Pascal family adheres to this low-interventionist approach: pesticides have been banned since 2006, the estate has been certified organic since 2020, and biodynamic certification (Biodyvin) was recently obtained in 2023.

🇦🇺🆕 Located in the New South Wales region, near Sydney, the vineyards of the 𝑯𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝑽𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒚, 𝑨𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒂, unveil stunning landscapes. Dominated by orderly rows of vines, the region offers a peaceful tableau where verdant valleys blend with the rugged mountains of the Broken Back Ranges. It is here, in the heart of this unique panorama, that magic happens... Recognized as the cradle of the Australian wine industry, the Hunter Valley stands out with three iconic wine styles: dry Semillon, oak-aged Chardonnay, and Shiraz, a black grape variety that is a regional staple known for its smoothness. Subjected to extreme conditions, with temperatures reaching up to 45°C and heavy rains often occurring just before harvest, this region seems challenging to cultivate. Yet, it is precisely this adversity, combined with the exceptional expertise of Australian winemakers, that allows them to produce their jewel: an outstanding Semillon. What makes Hunter Valley Semillon so unique? Harvested early, often before the rains, and typically unoaked, it stands out with its vibrant acidity and crisp freshness. However, it is with age that it reveals its true richness. With great aging potential, it develops complex aromas of citrus, honey, and white flowers, making it one of the most sought-after Semillons in the world.

De Buris, the high-end brand of Tommasi, is an oenological project envisioned by the family’s fourth generation, offering a contemporary interpretation of Valpolicella Classico. Combining the legacy of ancestral know-how with bold innovation, these wines reveal the quintessence of the family’s finest terroirs and are produced in very limited editions. De Buris Valpolicella Classico Superiore 2019 benefited from 3 years of ageing in 30 hl Slavonian oak barrels in the historic cellars of Villa De Buris, followed by 2 years in stainless steel tanks and bottle refinement.
