OLÉ TAPAS GIN 🇪🇸COLLABORATION🇪🇸 Noras Chilli Peppers
Just look at that colour of deep black red. I love their quirky knobbly size and shape too, they definitely make my eyes boggle.
They will be soaking away, seeping their flavour into some high proof spirit for the next couple of weeks. They hold an intriguing smoky, slightly bitter and almost cacao like flavour.
In gin making spice is all important and this will reflect a taste of what they do . I’ve had a very fun time talking through ingredients and flavours with the brilliant folk there recently. They have a true passion for providing excellent quality, caring where ingredients come from and the stories behind them. All of this combines, offering true hospitality of warmth, and reassurance that you are very much being looked after.
The food and wine are fantastic, they are fantastic, you won’t be disappointed, so go! Green Spanish olives, rosemary, thyme, Seville orange & lemon will also be added to the mix of botanicals. It’s going to be a good one, and there’s a mad chat about taking a bottle from the batch and chucking in a chorizo sausage, just to see what happens! I love it!
