This was a treat, the - Banana Split.

Proper banana flavours that evoke memories of bottled banana juice from the early 1980’s in a thick El dessert stout of the highest order. Also gets you properly mashed.

This absolute GEM of a beer is one of the best we've had in a while.

The Cocoa Cardamon by .brewing in Portland Oregon.

Starts tart, then hits sweet, then you get the flavours, richness, and body and rounds back to a nice sharp sour after taste.

This was part of our first Sour Beer Chapter Box from a few weeks ago.

5 years is a nice age for a Barley Wine, so I decided it was time to release this one from the cellar.

The beer is in great condition with a nice level of carbonation, lighter than I expected but good caramel notes with a nice boozy finish.
