Once layout/ design is approved, a billing statement (including shipping fee) will be sent with payment options and instructions. In some cases, a photo of a sample will be sent. To PAY: For customized orders, 50% downpayment is required to block off the target shipping date. 50% balance shall be paid before the completed order is shipped. To expect DELIVERY: For customized orders, production leadtime is at least 3-4 weeks from approved layout/ design. Delivery leadtime is 2-3 days within Metro Manila and 3-5 days for provincial areas. Customer shall be notified of the tracking number as soon as the order is picked up by the courier. As much as possible, we aim to impart the joy and passion we put into our handcrafted items. Thus, kindly allow us reasonable time to carefully craft your orders. Should there be changes in the expected delivery date, let us know the soonest so we can make some adjustments.
