Varieties: 100% Tinta de Toro
Colour: Ruby Red color.
Nose: Tertiary aromas from the barrel, with notes of vanilla, pastries, cocoa and coconut. At the same time, it maintains freshness as fruit notes also dominate, especially red fruits and strawberry tones
Palate: Very balanced mouth, and full of complexity. Pleasant entry and very good tannic structure, with silky, velvety tannins: This combined with very good acidity gives it length.

Grillo is one of Sicily's best white grape varieties. This lovely wine is pale lemon in colour. This wine is unoaked to preserve the aromatic qualities of the fruit. It has a lovely lime zest character on the nose, with full yet balanced fruit on the palate and a fresh, lifted character on the finish.

Definitely one to add to your list to try !
