Ryan Browning from I met Ryan many years ago when Dwelling Spaces was open downtown in the Blue Dome District. I met him & his mother at the shop and it was an extremely special day. Cruise Route 66 to see the holiday decorations, festive lights, and vibrant neon signage for the 6th Annual Route 66 Twinkle Tour brought to you by the Tulsa Route 66 Commission! Participating businesses are located along all 28 miles of Route 66 in Tulsa from east to west.

The tour begins on Nov. 30th (Small Business Saturday) and ends on Dec. 31st. This year there will be a Twinkle Tour Kick Off Event at the Route 66 Christmas Tree Farm (4077 Southwest Blvd) from 4-6 PM. Join us for live music, hot cocoa, performers, and more!

Once you’ve cruised America’s Main Street, vote for the business with the best holiday decorations. The winning business will receive a trophy (and bragging rights). Voting will begin on Nov. 30th and end on December 15th. To cast your vote, visit https://www.facebook.com/Tulsa66Commission/.

I always love when it’s time to restock H***h Coffee. I get to spend some beautiful moments with Ryan who roasts the coffee. The love that goes into the coffee is worth it alone. ☕️

Folks. The thick winter coats of horses are slowly coming in, the slowness has settled in. The winter always seems to show their age more than summers, i can relate. On the evenings where the wood smoke rises up nice and slow, then gently anvils off to the sw..those are the nights that feel most like winter on the way and the nights i settle into bed the earliest. Well, in coffee news, i got Buck Atom's Cosmic Curios on 66 all restocked up there in the . And got the rig prepped and ready for the next coffee run to KC for a restock. Bringing home some Swiss Water Decaf as well. Learning to roast decaf has been a new journey. And not one i have been awesome at haha. Also, this saturday ill be at Cabin Boys Brewery for their Holiday Market. It is always a great time crossing paths with new and familiar faces. Folks. I believe tomorrow is small business saturday. I have met several good folks across the years, running their own shops or tryin to get one goin. When ya spend a dollar with those folks, it means somethin, you mean somethin, and your dollar speaks. I encourage you, if you are gonna be spendin those dollars tomorrow, try to track you down some local folks and give em a shot to earn your business! Find good folks doing good folks things, and show em love! Blessings yall! This here pic is from back when me and the blue dog were somewhat first back round this way. Livin out the days and nights with no power and no runnin water, just tryin to catch a spot to land softly! I sure miss my friend. Wish she could have stayed around to have a set with, once my mind was clear and free. So it goes! I sure hope some day i am blessed to see this one wander up and meet me at the gate. Drink coffee.
