"There’s a movie about me opening soon called A Complete Unknown (what a title!). Timothee Chalamet is starring in the lead role. Timmy’s a brilliant actor so I’m sure he’s going to be completely believable as me. Or a younger me. Or some other me. The film’s taken from Elijah Wald’s Dylan Goes Electric – a book that came out in 2015. It’s a fantastic retelling of events from the early ‘60s that led up to the fiasco at Newport. After you’ve seen the movie read the book."

The perfect end-of-summer Old Fashioned 🍑 we’re bringing you a fresh twist on this whiskey classic by . Featuring rich honey syrup and the sweetness of juicy peaches, this cocktail is the perfect way to savor the season’s final moments.

Ingredients:
• 2 oz Heaven’s Door Bourbon
• 1/4 oz Peach liqueur or muddled peach slice
• 1/2 oz Honey syrup (2:1 honey to water)
• 2 Dashes of bitters (We used lavender, but orange, lemon, tiki, or red clover also pair well)

Muddle the peach slice (or add the peach liqueur) in a mixing glass. Add Heaven’s Door bourbon of choice, honey syrup, and bitters. Stir with ice and strain into a glass over .

Top with a peach slice and enjoy the perfect balance of sweet, smoky, and bold. Whether you’re on the porch, by the fire, or watching the sunset, this Old Fashioned is your ideal companion.
