Excited to share that our Little Caesars in Mountain View (Propst Crossroads) will be back open TOMORROW! 🍕🙌 After unfortunate damage was done to our building, it took our power out and we've been doing everything we can to get the restaurant back open. CUSTOMER SERVICE SPOTLIGHT 💡 on Linda Robinson, manager of Cubbard #12 (Hiddenite) and Cubbard #17 (Moravian Falls)!

A few weeks ago, we received a call from a lady who had been on a bus with a group of special needs passengers when their bus broke down right in front of Cubbard #17. It was a hot day, and Linda noticed the group sitting on the sidewalk. She immediately welcomed them inside, personally bought them snacks, and made them comfortable while they waited. One of our amazing vendors was in the store at the time and also pitched in, buying waters for everyone.

"The store staff went above and beyond to assist in any way possible... the customer service was amazing, but the kindness shown needs to be recognized," the lady said.

We truly appreciate customers who take the time to share such positive feedback, allowing us to acknowledge the outstanding customer service that often goes unnoticed. Linda sets a stellar example for her team, managing not one but two top-tier stores with dedication and heart.

Shoutout to Linda and her awesome team! Thank you for all you do.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SPOTLIGHT 💡 on Kristy Ward, manager of Cubbard #2 off of Sandy Ridge Rd. in Hickory!

Kristy recently received praise from a woman named Laura on a local page. Laura shared a story highlighting Kristy's "compassion and humanity" toward another customer. Kristy had generously offered to pay out of her own pocket to ensure the customer had the food he needed. Laura described Kristy's "genuine kindness" as "beautiful to see" and remarked, "We need more people like Kristy in this world."

We share this story because it demonstrates how incredible employees like Kristy are in their treatment of every customer they encounter. Despite interacting with many people each day, they make the active choice to brighten someone's day.
