Join us this Friday, January 24th, as we begin Introducing you to the basic concepts in the world of wine with our first ever Introductory Wine Class! The class will cover how to taste, find balance in wine, a brief history of wine, and the fundamentals of wine geology. A complementary tasting of six different wines will be offered. Moderation is not a new concept. Take it from the Greek poet, Eubulus.

“I mix three kraters*(drinking vessels)* only for those who are wise.

One is for good health, which they drink first.

The second is for love and pleasure.

The third is for sleep, and when they have drunk it those who are wise wander homewards.
