Good Eaton Gourmet, LLC was started in 2006 by Brit Eaton to provide personal chef services for friends and clients who wanted the convenience of having ready to eat meals available rather than going out to a restaurant or cooking themselves. ary training under Chef Marcel Paniel of Disney World's Epcot French Pavilion and has continued his training through cooking classes from many top chefs throughout the country. In 2004, he was fortunate to attend classes at the world renowned Tapawingo Restaurant in Ellsworth, Michigan and additional training in Arizona under Chef Tracy Dempsey focusing, on French, Italian and vegetarian meal preparation. Recently, Brit performed cooking services for the Elk Rapids Wine Shop in Elk Rapids, MI from 2011 - 2014. Brit customizes his menus for the client and prepares all meals using home made stock, the freshest of seasonal vegetable and fresh spices to give his meals that gourmet quality finish one expects from a professional chef. His particular favorites are: home made sauces, lamb, beef stews, French vegetable dishes, Italian pasta dishes or Vegetarian . Having worked in the retail wine business for over eight years, Brit also provides expert wine and cheese pairing for all meals prepared upon request.
