HOW ITS MADE
* Produced from various heirloom apple varieties in the Hood River valley of Oregon
* Hushkeeper Apple Cider fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks for 24 days to 0.6% ABV – then apple brandy (distilled Hushkeeper Apple Cider) was added to stop fermentation and raise the final ABV to 19%.
* Aged in neutral French oak barrels with some toasted American oak (for further flavor and color) for 8 months.
* Once opened, keep this apple wine in the fridge to extend the deliciousness for another 6-8 weeks.

GALLIVANT BUBBLY WHITE WINE
Fresh, fruity, and zippy, the subtle, crisp bubbles lift the aromas of lemon blossom and tropical fruits. The palate leads you further down the path of a tropical taste with chopped pineapple layered on bright textures and meyer lemon acidity. The bubbles are delicate and round adding a silkiness to the wine that will refresh your palate between sips.
Alcohol: 13.5%
Residual Sugar: 0.65g/L

For this Sparkling White Wine, grapes were harvested from vines planted in California 8 years ago. After harvest, the juice fermented in stainless steel tanks for 18 days. The wine then aged in stainless steel tanks for 8 months until bottling, unfined and unfiltered.
