Produciamo vini artigianali con uve pregiate provenienti da vitigni autoctoni. Utilizziamo sistemi eco-sostenibili per la cura del vigneto e per il processo di vinificazione. Sassaia is located in the Monferrato region of Piedmont and we are known for traditionally crafted limited production wines. The winery actively employs sustainable agricultural practices in caring for the vineyard and solar energy in the wine making process.

Our small-batch winemaking process involves regularly tasting each 228 liter barrique and documenting its development 🍇📈

We invite experienced external critics to participate in this process which helps us identify the “premium” batches for our limited edition wines, ensuring only the finest are bottled.

Our wines are primarily sold directly to our clients, not through big distribution.
We are only available to a limited number of restaurants that seek rare and authentic experiences.
