This is that now quote #CollectableSeries of the revivalist #OldFitzgerald as re-imagined and bottled by #heavenhilldistillery - these used to look like this when released in their original format back in the 1930-40’s from legendary #StitzelWellerDistillery - #HeavenHill started this beautiful #DecanterSet in 2018 with a Spring and a Fall release and have done that every year since, always at #BottledinBond strength and at varying ages between 9 and 16 years old. Apart from the 8 “regular” #SeasonalReleases there have been two so-called BHC releases, meaning #DistilleryOnly releases, which are also the only two with the dark-red labels, meaning the 14 and the 16 year olds. These are always #BourbonOverachievers compared to the msrp, but alas nobody gets those prices in todays market so they’re a solid bet to only go the same way many other #LimitedReleases go and that’s ⬆️ ⬆️ ⬆️

I do love #blantons_bourbon from that cool historic bottling hall H, aptly named for #AlbertBBlanton at the #NationalHistoricLandmark #Distillery #buffalotracedistillery - I think they pick some really great #SingleBarrels for bottling there, meaning roughly every 250 bottles or so of #BlantonsBourbon change as they go through cask after cask, so there can be enormous #bottlevariation but the general level of these is such a high one that they achieve superb things from this famous #mashbill but still very hard to find in the #domesticmarket - what do you think about #BlantonsGold and #Blantons #StraightFromTheBarrel ? 🤔🙌🏻🥃
