Let's all welcome the 34 participants for this year's Women's Month Celebration Poster Making with the theme "𝙇𝙞𝙥𝙪𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙨 𝙨𝙖 𝘽𝙖𝙜𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙨: 𝙆𝙖𝙠𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝙣𝙜 𝙆𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙞𝙝𝙖𝙣, 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙣𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙣!"

Cast your votes and show your support by reacting and sharing the respective photo of your chosen poster. Your votes are part of the judging, which is 30%, in which the number of reactions and shares on a post will determine how entries are voted on.

1. Tap the heart "❤️" reaction to the photo of your chosen poster, for each reaction will be counted as 𝗼𝗻𝗲 (𝟭) 𝘃𝗼𝘁𝗲.
Note: Other reactions are not counted. We highly discourage the use of auto-like or react. Doing so will result in disqualification.

2. 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼 of your chosen poster; each share will count as 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 (𝟯) 𝘃𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀.
Note: You should switch its post-audience to 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰. If it fails to do so, the share will not be counted.

3. The poster with the most heart "❤️" reactions and shares will receive a perfect percentage (30%) of social media engagement. The rest of the percentage will come from the judges.

The voting line starts today, March 22, 2024, and will end on Monday, April 1, 2024, at 5 p.m.

The awarding and announcement of the top 10 will be on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Teachers' Lounge (front of the G10 Building). See ya there!
