Sam Richardson, Matt Monahan e Andrew Burman hanno fondato Other Half Brewing Company a Brooklyn, NY, nel 2014 con una semplice missione: creare birre che loro stessi volessero bere, in un birrificio di cui volessero far parte. La loro visione era di spingere avanti i confini della birra e della cultura che la circonda, rappresentando l’altra metà, la “Other Half”, del comparto birra.

Sam Richardson, Matt Monahan, and Andrew Burman founded Other Half Brewing Company in Brooklyn, NY in 2014 with a simple mission: to create beer that they wanted to drink from a company that they wanted to be a part of. Their vision was to push the boundaries of beer and the culture that surrounds it by representing the “Other Half” of the industry.

🚛🇮🇹 Fondato da Olli e Ricky, SD⚡️BC nasce come beer-firm e finalmente nell’Aprile 2022 apre come birrificio e taproom con cucina nel quartiere Gollan Kulturwerft.
Nato dalla passione per la craft beer americana e l’hockey, il birrificio porta in Germania stili di birra moderni e curati nel minimo dettaglio.
Le birre arrivano in Italia dirette dal birrificio, refrigerate, senza intermediari.

🚛🇬🇧 SD⚡️BC was founded by Olli and Ricky as a contract brewery. In April 2022 they open their own facility with taproom and kitchen in the Gollan Kulturwerft district.
The project was built on their passion for American craft beer and hockey, Olli and Ricky wanted to bring to Germany new and modern styles of state-of-the-art beers.
Their beers arrive to Italy directly from the brewery, by cold-chain, without intermediaries.

🇪🇸 Freddo Fox - Freddo Fox Barcelona, Spain 🇪🇸

🚛 🇮🇹 Possiamo dire che Freddo Fox sia un birrificio nato (nel 2021) sulle ceneri di Edge Brewing, birrificio di Barcellona che aveva ottenuto parecchi riconoscimenti in giro per il mondo. Robin e Elliott per anni hanno lavorato in Edge Brewing e fortunatamente hanno deciso di non disperdere le loro esperienze fondando Freddo Fox in partnership con Marcus (ex Brewski).
La produzione al momento si concentra su IPA e prevede anche un sapiente impiego di frutta in gose e berliner weisse. Freddo Fox ha inoltre l'obiettivo di produrre birre più strutturate e alcoliche come barley wine e imperial stout oltre ad avviare una linea di affinamento in botte.
Le birre arrivano dirette e refrigerate dal birrificio, senza intermediari ❄️

🚛 🇬🇧 Freddo Fox was established in 2021 after replacing the well known Edge Brewing based in Barcelona. 🚛 🇬🇧 Oddity Brewing starts its business in April 2020 founded by Ivan and Vicky, two wonderful human beings well known in the European gastronomic and beer industry.
Ivan attended the Institute of Brewing & Distilling (UK) and was a brewer at Wylam, Whiplash, Garage Beer Co. and Cyclic Beer Farm.
Vicky is the brand-manager and comms expert, she has a degree in journalism and looks after the artworks for their products.

🇺🇸 BARRIER BREWING CO. - Barrier Brewing Co. Oceanside, New York 🇺🇸

✈️ Barrier Brewing Co. si trova sulla costa sud di Long Island nella bellissima Oceanside, NY. Le loro prime cotte vengono rilasciate al pubblico nel Giugno 2010.
Il primo anno producono 835hl utilizzando un impianto da 1.2hl. Nel 2012 il birrificio si sposta in uno spazio più ampio passando ad un impianto da 6hl con una capacità iniziale annua pari a 1800hl.
Il birrificio entra in funzione per solo pochi mesi prima di essere danneggiato seriamente dall’uragano Sandy.
Dopo svariati mesi, il birrificio è stato ricostruito con l’aiuto della comunità birraia locale, riaprendo nel Febbraio del 2013; da allora, i fermentatori non hanno mai smesso di gorgogliare.
Nel 2017 Barrier porta l’impianto a 24hl con tre tini, arrivando ad una capacità di produzione annua di 17000hl.

✈️ Barrier Brewing Co. is located along the south shore of Long Island in beautiful Oceanside, NY. Their first batches started rolling out to the public in June of 2010. The first year of production yielded more than 700bbls of beer using a 1-barrel system. In 2012, the brewery was relocated to a larger space and upgraded to a 5-barrel brewhouse, with 1500bbl of initial capacity.
The new brewery operated only a few short months before being severely damaged by Hurricane Sandy. After several months of rebuilding, along with some tremendous support from fellow brewers and the local beer community, Barrier reopened in February 2013, and the fermentors have been bubbling away ever since.
In 2017, Barrier upgraded its brewhouse to a 20bbl 3 vessel system capable of brewing upwards of 15,000bbl/yr.
