Named after the hill you have to slog back up from El Porto.. since it is precisely what you’ll be looking for after a day in the surf and sun, and a 1/4 mile climb straight back up to town! Nothing but base malt, Big Bitterness, 7.2% ABV, and a heavy dose of Amarillo and Centenniel hops make this India Pale Ale a nod to what has made the California IPA what it is today. Bright presence of lemon zest in the aroma leads well into a base of pine and citrus in the palette.

Our homies from Harland cruised up to help us brew this dank bomb. It’s clean, clear, and packed with hops, featuring papaya, melon, and pine notes.

Oktoberfest is a traditional Bavarian Märzen style Lager brewed with imported German Munich, Vienna and Pilsner malts. These malts give our Oktoberfest a beautiful copper color and a full-bodied, malty-sweet flavor with hints of honey, nuts and caramel. Prost!.

Still Strength Blanco (54% ABV) was placed in a Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, first-fill French Oak casks. It was aged for 31 days and then bottled at 50% ABV or 100 proof.

This is a limited edition. This is the only batch that will be made this year.

BOXIE Orange Wine is orange wine in a box (!!!) from the Central Coast of California. Field Recordings uses a mix of white grapes from different vineyards that are destemmed and fermented on the skins, resulting in a beautiful showcase of all the delicate flavors of white wine, but with more substance and texture, hence orange wine. BOXIE is “super chuggable, with notes of Haitian orange, apricot and marzipan”.
