First brewed back in 2004, Curieux was our initial foray into barrel aging. To make Curieux, we take our Tripel and let it age in bourbon barrels for six-to-eight weeks. Once that time is up, we take the beer out of our cold cellars and blend it back with a portion of fresh Tripel. The resulting rich, golden ale features smooth notes of coconut, vanilla, and a hint of bourbon.

SUBLIMELY!!
Like the crystal clear waters of Fiji, this West Coast IPA shines and simmers in the light. But then, it creeps up on you from the deep, a bite of bitterness. Utilizing a multitude of different hops for bittering such as Rakau, Strata, Simcoe, Huell Melon, Citra, and Nelson this brew is loaded with hops like never before. Supporting a malt backbone with a touch of sweetness that is also dry, this shiver (shark term) of hops, layers your tongue with flavors of lychee and orange rind with a lingering bitterness finish. Dry hopped with a huge heap of The Bruce, Rakau, Nelson, and Idaho 7, the aromatics of dank diesel, tropical fruit, hop terpene, and some light lemon. At 7.5% maybe stay in the shallow end with this one. Stay safe folks!

New collab IPA that we dreamed up with our friends at Radiant Beer. Radiant makes world-class beer across a huge range of styles, and their IPAs are aromat- ic, punchy, and dry. Their founder and brewmaster Andrew Bell is a true flavor wizard. He has masterminded some of the most experimental culinary beers and beverages we’ve ever tasted. and he brings that same precision and expert palate to Radiant’s hoppy beers. He and our brew- master Ben became friends over the years sharing many memorable meals, cocktails, and beers together across the country. Now that they are sending more beer to Oregon and we are sending more beer to southern California, we figured the time was ripe to make a beer together
