Claire and Sally popped into one of our local community fund partners Knaphill Community Fridge today with Sally to deliver excess bread 🍞

Sport in Mind is launching free Badminton for Mental Wellbeing sessions this Thursday in Woking, 2pm - 3pm.

They also run other sport for mental wellbeing sessions in Sport in Mind sessions running in Camberley (Mondays 5.15.pm-6.15pm - Badminton at Camberley Places Leisure), Addlestone (Tuesdays 2.30pm -3.30pm - Yoga at Addlestone Community Centre) and Staines.

All sessions are free and:
- Open to anyone over 17 experiencing mental health problems (no matter how big or small)
- Drop-in sessions so no need to book and there is no referral required. They can even be self-diagnosed
- Open to carers regardless of if they have a mental health problem or not
- Friends, family, support workers or carers are welcome to come and join in for as long as the participant needs
- Open to any ability and no requirement to have previous experience
- Run by local qualified instructors
- Run every week in the same place at the same time
