Element - Lore Single Malt R/1.0 Nose - Fresh Fruits, Citrus, Toasted Oak Pallet - Caffe Latte, Floral Freshness, Caramel Finish - Malt Spice, Smooth cream, full bodied ABV 43% 2. Fercullen Single Malt NOSE Toffee, baking spices, vanilla, dessert apples, pears, soft leather. PALATE Vanilla Custard, soft oak, salted caramel, digestives, tarte tatin. FINISH Warming oak, spices, soft leather, honeyed almonds, stewed fruits. ABV 46% 3. Two Stacks x Irishmalts – Double Distilled 6 Year Old Single Malt PX Finish NOSE Burst of cherries & raisins on the nose, notes of red apple, Christmas cake, sultanas & figs. PALATE Lovely soft palate, nice layer of juicy fruits, with a coating of toasted almonds, currants, red cranberries and chocolate around the mouth. FINISH Nice long sweet PX finish, a true Sherry bomb. ABV 56%

The Whiskey 1. West Cork 7 Year Old Single Malt Nose Notes of green fruit, marzipan and red berries. Palate Hints of malt, tannins, green fruit, slight spiciness and citrus. Finish The finish elongates into a very fine whiskey experience of malt and red berries. ABV 46% 2. Clan Colla 7 Year Old Single Grain Panamanian Rum Cask Nose Christmas in a glass with vanilla and banana. Palate Light and buttery with dried fruits and baking spices like nutmeg and cinnamon. Finish Smooth and warming with spicy cereal. ABV 46% 3. Glendalough 7 Year Old Mizunara Cask Nose Vibrant, fruity and floral Palate A luxuriously smooth mouthfeel with notes of dark chocolate orange, sandalwood and cinnamon synonymous with Mizunara whiskeys Finish The spirit benefits from an exceptionally long finish of toasted oak and subtle layers of complex, woody spices, with the dark chocolate lingering even longer ABV 46%

Croithlí Quercus Robur Single Malt Nose Deep redcurrant fruitiness with rich winter spices, ginger, clove and nutmeg. Palate Rich fruit and spice. Finish A robust, dry finish with wood smoke and dark chocolate. ABV 46% 2. Micil Earls Island Single Pot Still Nose Great balance of peat & charred wood with orchard fruits, soft vanilla and warming spice. Palate Filled with baked apples and pears, an abundance of vanilla and honey sweetnees, along with pink peppercorn spice with balancing peat smoke throughout. Finish Smokey bacon crisps with a touch of clove. ABV 46% 3. Dunville Palo Cortado 10 Year Old Single Malt Nose Tropical and stewed orchard fruits. Palate Toasted almonds, coffee and banana bread. The Whiskey 1. Fercullen Falls Nose Cinnamon and fresh orchard fruits, herbaceous with brown sugar, toffee and a distinct maltiness. Palate Rich, soft and sweet. Vanilla icing and malt spice with a peppery clove finish. Finish Warming malt spice with good length, drying at the extremities of your tongue. ABV 43% 2. Tipperary Homegrown Barley Batch 2 Nose Lots of soft fruits, almost a Victoria sponge sensation with strawberry and raspberry notes and hints of dried grass. Palate Deep and round, with raspberry notes with hints of toasted marshmallow Finish Medium finish, surprisingly robust for its age. ABV 50% 3. Killowen Rum & Raisin Batch 7 Nose A burst of fresh apple Juice along with black-strap molasses and a generous helping of warm Christmas pudding. Palate Sweet & Juicy large green apples along with dark sugar. A range of dried fruits such as raisins, sultanas & figs. All of this with heavy old-style dark rum as a backdrop and then a late arrival to the tropical Caribbean, with Coconut and Vanilla molasses. Finish Caramelised demerara sugar with toffee apple or candy apple.
