This is the CBD store 2730 Gerritsen Ave, formerly Dr. Powers office. The Gerritsen Beach Property Owners meeting was held last night with guest NYC 46th District Council Member Mercedes Narcisse. Ms. Narcisse seems to take these stores as a serious matter as too many pop up all over Brooklyn. There is information she handed out included in this post to combat the opening of this “delicatessen” store. The marquee lighting is on 24hrs and store may be planning to be open 24hrs. So reference the handout to take action if you are against the grand opening. Ms. Narcisse also suggested calling her office with any illegalities. Sheriff office can be directly involved as well.
