Glenkinchie is just fifteen miles from the capital of Scotland, earning it the title “The Edinburgh Malt”. But it’s strange to think of that dark and distinguished city when you see fields of barley or the green Lammermuir Hills rolling north towards the Firth of Forth. Stranger still when you taste the subtle, floral flavour of this rare Lowland survivor.
A sweet soft start on teh palate, like crême anglaise, soon becoming flowery again. A really smooth delivery, especially after adding a drop of water. The mid-palate is crisp and then the flavour settles into a tightly focused bundle of butter icing, lemon cheesecake and freesias.

Fuyu means "winter" in Japanese. This whisky was distilled from malted grain and mash corn on Honshu Island before resting in oak barrels. Its ruch flavors make it ideal for cocktails such as Old Fashioned and Manhattan.
Dark amber color with a playfully floral nose with hints of caramel and spice. Generous oak on the palate with a cooked fruit finish and just a hint of smokiness.

Within the past decade, Buffalo Trace has won more awards than any other distillery in the world, including an unmatched seven "Distillery of the Year" titles. Still American family owned and located in Franklin County, Kentucky. The distillery sprawls impressively over 130 acres. A masterfully crafted bourbon that is aged no less than ten years. The nose is complex, with aromas of toffee, hints of orange peel, herbs, honey, leather and oak. The taste is bold, dry and delicate, with notes of candied almonds, rich cocoa and a dry, lingering finish.

We hold these truths to be self-evident. Distilleries are not created equal, nor is the whiskey that flows from them.
Dingle Whiskey is a product of its environment. From the localised well water to the immensely manual mashing, alongside the wooden fermentation vessels that feed into the three bespoke copper pot stills, the production is purely Dingle. The micro climate then creates a maturation like no other.
This marriage of Bourbon, Sherry and Port casks has resulted in a full flavoured, yet harmoniously balanced mix of creamy vanilla sweetness from the American oak, which combines beautifully with dried fruit flavours of apricot and sultanas from the fortified wine casks.

Mezcal Vago produces their mezcals in palenques dispersed throughout the mountain outskirts of Zoquitlan, Oaxca. Small, traditional production still reigns supreme in these areas. This mezcal takes their classic Espadin expression and macerates it with toasted Mexican corn. This is the celebration mezcal for distiller Aquilino García López and his family. It has a nose full of smoky toasted corn and dry river stones. The body is sweet with wood tones and layers of honeycomb, green tropical fruit, and smoke. It has a prolonged finish of mint and papaya, with the toasted corn creating a creamy, soft mouthfeel that is truly tasty.
