When you place an order with We The People Wine, you are guaranteed that upon delivery the wines will be just as our winemaker intended them to be. We monitor all shipments daily, particularly during p

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf in arranging for transportation of the wine at your direction. Freight and taxes (if appropriate) are calculated towards the end of the online ordering process. Please note that a signature from an adult (21 years or older) is always required upon delivery. Prices of our wines do not include shipping or handling charges. Shipping charges are calculated depending on destination, number of bottles ordered, and choice of delivery option. Required Legal Notice
All wine orders must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older. Shipper requires verification of age at the time of delivery. Failure to produce age verification forfeits the right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. The order may be held in storage at a local depot of the shipping company until appropriate identification is produced, or it may be shipped back to the winery. All associated costs will be the responsibility of and be charged to the customer. We recommend use of a business address to facilitate delivery of your purchase. No delivery to P.O. The shipping information related to an order (but not the purchase information) will be shared with the shipping company The Preamble Wine Company use for any given order.

The Day of Infamy, December 7th, marks the day of remembrance of the attack on American troops at Pearl Harbor. Today, we remember those lost, and the infinite sacrifices made in WWII.
